Machine processing can be flexibly selected SNSTC or NUM software

· SNSTC TOOL BUILDER is a self-developed, simple and efficient tool design and machine operation / programming control software, integrates automatic calibration, motion simulation and other innovative features.

· NUMROTO is a third-party integrated software package for manufacturing and regrinding various tools. It is now integrated into the GIVEAL series of grinding machines, can immediately provide accurate and efficient tool productions.

At present, SNSTC TOOL BUUDER doesn't support to manufacture gear cutter, punch and rotary burrs cutter, but the development work is being carried out closely.

Options

· Multi-functional tool support unit:

Optional multi-functional tool support unit was designed for long slender parts or overweight tools, playing a protective and auxiliary role in grinding process.

· Online grinding wheel resharpening:

The optional on-line resharpening suite is used for removing the debris residue on the surface of the wheel, helping the diamond particles to be fully exposed, to achieve better cutting results, and to reduce improper thermal damage to the workpiece.

· Automatic grinding wheel calibration:

The probe is used for automatically measure the diameter and installation position of wheel ; Wheel measurement process can also be integrated into the programming process to achieve automatic compensation for grinding wheel Wear.   

· Remote tailstock center:

For special products processing, you can choose tailstock center similar to the lathe besides support bracke, to obtain excellent processing effect in cylindrical grinding.

· Robot Tool Loader:

Loading and unloading of the tools can be automatically carried out by the robot, which achieve unmanned operation and continuous processing. The loading capacity is determined by the pallets and the size of tools.

· Automatic fire extinguishing suite:

The fire can be automatically sensed and extinguished by high precision sensors, and without any side effects to the machine.
