Main Features

Independent Robot Tool Loader：supports up to 17 large tools with a maximum length of 350mm (diameter ≤ 180mm, weight ≤ 15kg).
Seamlessly integrated with the new Givealaser 3100 series, supports mixed machining tasks and extended unmanned operation.
Flexible interface：Compatible with multi-automatic tool clamping interfaces(including BT50, BT40, BT30, HSK100, and HSK63 e.g.).
Horizontal structure design, better suited for tool processing, maximal tool length is about 450mm.
Rotating Tool and Tiltable Flying Laser Beam: maximal tool diameter is about 300mm .
Equipped with an ultrashort pulse laser, process PCD and CBN materials without consumables, environmentally friendly.
Integrated with GIVEAL-View online and contact measurement.
Integrated roughing and finishing laser head: perform both rough and fine machining in a single setup.
Dry Processing & Easy Maintenance，Minimal space and Minimal noise.
