On May 3, SNSTC held the first training seminar for its staff, the main goal is to improve staff's professional skills. We invited a senior Chinese representative from Oerlikon Balzers to deliver a lecture on “Tool Coatings and Innovative Surface Treatment Solutions”, sharing their experiences.

At the lecture, the representative of Oerlikon Balzers introduced the latest application and actual data of foreign high-performance coatings in modern cutting technology, and analyzed the advantages of high-performance metal ion compound coating in gold cutting processing, the solution of high performance metal ionic compound coating in turning and milling application and the advanced surface treatment technology. The representative of SNSTC shared the company's rich experience in metal cutting field, and trained the new employees to improve their professional growth and promote their strengths through some vivid and detailed case.

Through this training seminar, the employees not only expanded their horizons, but also mastered the key data of product performance, and learned a lot of the latest cases and solutions at home and abroad. Coating technology has developed rapidly in the world, through learning and communication, employees can keep up with international leading technology, quickly introduce advanced technology and apply it to actual production.
