It has come to our attention that certain competitors, unsettled by the strong reputation and market performance of our GIVEALaser 3100 Horizontal Five-Axis Laser Tool Grinding Machine (including its proprietary software), have resorted to malicious and unfounded rumor-mongering. These parties are spreading false allegations claiming that our equipment utilizes “pirated foreign tool-processing software.”
Such allegations are entirely baseless, maliciously intended, and have caused serious harm to our corporate reputation and lawful rights. This conduct is not only unethical but may also constitute a violation of the law. Accordingly, our Company issues the following statement:
1. Independent Intellectual Property Rights
Our products are fully protected by independent intellectual property. The accusation of “piracy” is wholly groundless.
Over the past ten years, we have independently developed and mastered the core technologies in this field, pioneering the horizontal structure design in five-axis laser tool processing equipment. We have established robust intellectual property protection frameworks across multiple jurisdictions, including Mainland China.
From hardware structural design to the core algorithmic models of the process software, every aspect of our GIVEALaser 3100 system is original. Consequently, there exists no “source” from which to pirate either the equipment’s physical form or its internal software logic.
2. Malicious Claims as Backhanded Recognition
The false narrative that we allegedly “pirated a well-known foreign software” is, in fact, an indirect admission of our technological achievements.
That our competitors resort to such absurd accusations only confirms that the performance of our horizontal five-axis laser tool grinding machine already equals or surpasses high-end imported alternatives. Unable to rationalize our success, they mischaracterize it as “copying” or “piracy.” To such “backhanded recognition,” we respond with: thank you.
3. Legal Measures and Whistleblower Reward Program
We have formally engaged a law firm to conduct comprehensive evidence collection and preservation. We will initiate legal proceedings immediately against any companies or individuals found responsible for defamation, rumor-mongering, or other unlawful conduct.
To safeguard a fair market environment and protect our rights, we are also launching a public whistleblower reward program. Anyone providing verified information regarding such infringing activities will receive:
• A cash reward of RMB 10,000, and
• A proportionate share of any compensation recovered through legal action.
All whistleblower identities will be kept strictly confidential.
